By creating an account or using AwardForge, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
AwardForge provides AI-assisted tools to help draft unclassified U.S. military award narratives and citations. Outputs are drafts only—not official records—and are not endorsed by the Department of Defense or any military department.
Eligibility and account
You must be able to form a binding contract and use the service lawfully. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Provide accurate profile information where requested for billing or support.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid tiers are sold via Stripe Checkout. Renewals, payment methods, cancellations, and invoices are managed through the Stripe Customer Portal. Usage limits apply per billing period as shown in the app.
Acceptable use
No classified, CUI, export-controlled, or operational information. No unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing content. No automated scraping or attempts to overwhelm the service. No misrepresentation of affiliation with the U.S. government.
AI outputs and disclaimers
AI-generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your command. AwardForge does not guarantee award approval. You must review all outputs before submission.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant the operator a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service.
Intellectual property
The AwardForge application, branding, and reference materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. AGGREGATE LIABILITY CAPS MUST BE SET BY COUNSEL.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the operator against claims arising from your content, misuse of the service, or violation of these Terms.
Dispute resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at the published support address to attempt informal resolution. Forum and arbitration terms must be specified by counsel before launch.
Governing law
Governing law and venue must be specified by counsel for your entity before launch.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice of material changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
